In the middle of your breakup chaos take some time out each week to remind yourself of what you are thankful for. It’ll make you a happier and healthier person
I am thankful for:
1. My home: I complain about it a lot as like many older homes it constantly needs work, but with Christchurch and Japan’s earthquakes fresh in my mind, having a secure home is a great thing.
2. My happy little F: After doubting that I would ever be able to have a child, my bright little bean is still a wonder to me.
3. Time to write: Even though it is very early in the morning (and I am not a
morning person!) just having that half hour to write around the baby and breastfeeding madness, keeps me sane and reminds me who I am.
4. A wonderfully supportive family: Something I can never be thankful enough about.
5: Lunch plans: It’s the small things that make life great, and looking forward to having lunch at a gorgeous vineyard tomorrow is a real treat. Just having something to look forward to is something to be grateful for!
Your turn: what are you thankful for?

What a lovely list! Mine this week would have to be:
1. My beautiful daughter who is almost 1
2. My home
3. My computer (it’s new)
4. The gorgeous warm weather in Provence which means lots of fun in the sun
5. Having amazing support online that’s helping grow my blog!
Hey there,
Thanks for stopping by. I do love your list too – nothing like a new computer to put a smile on your face. Love your blog, will keep following it.
1.My 8 yr old brother – every weekend I go home to my parents house and he is there waiting for me and excited to start our game. 2. My room- I relax every weekend and my room is like my sanctuary and my haven. 3. my chores – yes, I miss my chores at home, I throw the garbage, I wash the dishes and clean the house. I look forward in doing the chores I grew up with when staying with my parents. Thanks Sarah, you gave me a lot to think about.
