I’ve been writing a bit about closure as an important step for breaking up, and there is a great reader’s story on the LovesaGame.com website about this. ‘Sachao’ describes how she broke the no-contact rule to have a final meeting with her ex. They broke up while she was away, her ex unable to handle the long distance relationship. In contacting him, she wasn’t looking for answers like Rachel was in my earlier interview, instead she wanted to tell him off for his handling of the breakup.
